Freestyle Club Ice

Our club offers Freestyle club ice for advanced skaters during the fall and winter at the Bethlehem YMCA, our home ice rink. During spring and summer months our club ice is offered at other area ice rinks.

For the safety of everyone on the ice, skaters must be >8 years old, Basic 4 level or above, or in a lesson (Learn to Freestyle or in private lessons).

Supervisors: Each session of ice must have a Supervisor who is responsible for checking skaters in, collecting money, playing music, completing accident forms when necessary, and ensuring the use of fleece belts by skaters for safety purposes. If interested in volunteering please email

All Skaters: Must check in with supervisor prior to entering the ice; must be courteous and considerate while on the ice; must wear a fleece belt while skating to their music; and must yield to skaters wearing the fleece belts who are skating to their music.

Buy-on purchases at the rink are available for AFSC members and non-club member skaters. Skaters must check-in with and pay the session supervisor before entering ice.

1/2-hour: $10

* Schedule subject to change. Club ice is not available all Thursdays during this time frame, please check posted ice time schedules at the rink.
