Advanced Basic Skills Class
Group ice skating lessons taught by expert instructors with years of experience on the ice allow skaters the opportunity to achieve personal growth and development by participating in a high-quality program that teaches the fundamentals of figure skating in a progressive and sequential manner.

In addition to learning basic skating skills, an emphasis is placed on footwork and good form. Jumps, spins, artistry, and more intricate footwork and techniques are taught in more advanced figure skating classes, like this one.

Groups are divided by age and skill level. Class open to AFSC members and non-members.

Coaches: Karla Schallehn and Megan Metro

8-Weeks: $230

Weekly Buy-On: $35/class*

* Only fill out a form for your first buy-on class.

A minimum of 10 skaters must register or the class will be canceled. Buy-On rate only available if class runs.

All skaters must be currently registered with either U.S. Figure Skating or Learn to Skate USA in order to participate on program ice. Annual Memberships are valid from 7/1/18-6/30/19.
